I had the opportunity to lead an innovation-open project where we made substantial investment in Linha e Pedra. On the occasion, Aline led the pitch with propriety and absolute subject domain. We immediately identified that we had to enter with investment. Aline during the project execution always had shown leading techniques and creativity to develop complex projects with scarce resources, but with always surprising results. Conduct multidisciplinary teams of creation and is able to conduct a project from the scripting to direction and editing. Also, she has deep knowledge about the market where she is inserted, can understand the product performance in the market and do quick adjustments in the marketing campaigns and media to gain speed in the fundraising. Finally, she is focused on results beyond the financial, which certainly makes her an excellent entrepreneur with execution capacity in elevated levels.

Had the privilege of working with Aline, under my direct direction, Aline is an incredible, responsible and committed professional, has an unbelievable zeal for the work she delivers and a multiple vision about communication. Besides being extremely creative, is helpful, has the ability to perform multiple functions and manage projects with a lot of ability, always attentive to results and deadlines.

It’s hard for me to write a text praising Aline' s work. First of all, because I’m not that great at writing and she is a fucking writer. An internal pressure. Second, because I don’t think it’s fair to praise just her work. Aline is nice as hell. I don’t want to look so mushy, but I value very much people that works (very much) well and still keep the good vibes. Phew, I think a few words came out. It's fucked up for a A.D to be limited only by words. But I think that was enough, right? Aline is fucking amazing : )

We worked together with customers of the shopping centers segment. Aline is a very creative and talented professional for campaigns with different contact points with the consumer (online and offline). Knows very well how to write the story and has the sensibility and agility to execute it. I’m sure, campaigns that have her writing direction are such a success!
